What is Reiki? 🌿✨

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning “universal life energy.” It refers both to the energy itself and to a gentle, powerful system of natural healing developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Rooted in ancient practices and refined through modern experience, Reiki works with the universal energy that flows through all living things.

When our energy is flowing freely and harmoniously, we feel balanced, clear, and at ease. But stress, trauma, emotional blocks, and life’s challenges can disrupt that flow. Reiki helps to restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit by clearing blockages and reactivating your natural healing potential.

This beautiful healing modality works directly with your energy centers (chakras), supporting you in letting go of patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back. Many of the clients I work with are ready to step back into their power - and I absolutely love being part of that transformation.

We are all more capable, intuitive, and resilient than we often realize. When you're aligned and connected to your energy flow, life begins to feel more open, expansive, and joyful - allowing you to live with greater clarity, purpose, and vitality.
